  • Collaborate with the communications, policy, and project management teams to align messaging and value propositions.

Other tasks:

  • Contribute to improving the digital platforms through which services are delivered to members (e.g. the website and the matchmaking platform), by gathering user feedback, identifying pain points and working with the relevant teams and providers on improvements;
  • Coordinate internal processes related to member communication and onboarding;
  • Support the organisation of events, delegations and other initiatives, including the DIGITAL SME summit;
  • Help to achieve the financial goals of the organisation.

Required skills:

  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international environment;
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Bonus skills:

  • Experience in community building, stakeholder engagement, or event coordination is a strong plus;
  • Understanding of European innovation ecosystem and European Institutions
  • Fluency in other European languages.
